Prepare and bake the cake mix in a 9×13 pan as directed on the package. Let cool for 15 minutes after baking.
Prepare the Jello mixes separately with boiling and cold water, then set aside.
Poke holes over the cake and spoon Jello into the holes, alternating colors.
Chill the cake for at least 3 hours to set the Jello.
Spread Cool Whip over the cake and decorate with strawberries and blueberries in a flag pattern.
Notes:
Use a wooden spoon handle to poke holes, or a large fork/chopstick if unavailable.
Store the cake covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
