After emptying your appliance, prepare a cloth on which you pour black soap.
– Rub all the walls of the electric fryer with this cloth soaked in black soap.
– Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry well.
5. Hot water and dishwashing liquid:
– Empty the oil from your appliance into a plastic bottle.
– Fill your electric fryer with hot water and dish soap to the same level as the oil or even higher.

6. White vinegar and baking soda:
– Pour a cup of baking soda into the electric fryer tray.
– Add one liter of boiling water and one cup of white vinegar.
– Wait one hour until the reaction is complete.
– Empty your appliance and rinse the walls with boiling water.
