Very soft cake: ingredients and preparation.
This homemade dessert is perfect to serve at any time of the day , even for breakfast. Aesthetically the cake is very simple however it has nothing to envy of the more elaborate ones . It’s everyone’s favorite at home!
As ingredients I use:
3 eggs (yolks and whites)
30 g of sunflower seed oil
90 g of 00 flour
10 g of bitter cocoa
80 g of icing sugar (30 g to insert into the egg yolks and 50 g to insert into the egg whites)
40 g of milk at room temperature
1 tablespoon lemon juice
To decorate the cake I use a sprinkling of icing sugar .
All I have to do is prepare the dough in just 5 minutes and then bake it.
