Ingredients:

  • 1 can (400 g) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon capers, chopped (optional, for a tangy kick)
