Finely chop the onion and fry in butter, add chopped garlic and fry for about 1 minute. Let cool.
We cut off the white bread and fill it with milk.
We wash the meat and remove the skins, turning it into minced meat.
Mix the minced meat with squeezed bread and onion chopped in a blender.
Season the minced meat with all the spices, salt and herbs.
Tip: to keep the cutlets tender, knead the minced meat well and beat it.
Form cutlets and fry until golden brown on both sides.
Place in a mold and bake for 15 minutes at 170 degrees.
I also baste the cutlets with butter so that they bake and remain juicy.
