A natural recipe to clean arteries and lower cholesterol

Drink  150 to 200 ml every morning on an empty stomach for  10 to 14 days . Then, take a  10-day break  before continuing if necessary. If the drink seems too acidic, you can  dilute it with a little water .

Caution:  If you suffer from high blood pressure , avoid adding ginger to the recipe.

  • Lemons
  • Honey

Preparation :

  1. Slice a well-washed lemon , peel and chop the ginger.
  2. Alternate layers of lemon, ginger, and honey in a jar until it is full.
  3. Let stand for 3 days in the refrigerator before consuming.

Dosage:  Take  one tablespoon daily for adults  ( one teaspoon for children ). This mixture strengthens immunity and effectively relieves  sore throats, coughs and runny noses .

Tip:  When only lumps remain in your pot, add boiling water  for  naturally flavored tea .
