Used frozen peas and carrots and cooked them in a pan with butter and oil, added onion into it. Cooked those until soft then moved them to the side and added 2 scramble eggs. Once the eggs cooked mixed all together then removed everything and put it in a tin foil pan. I used pre cooked rice, cooked it in a pan with avocado oil and some butter (pre cooked is easier) for the veggies I used red bell peppers, zucchini, broccoli and onion. Just cooked those on the stove with avocado oil/butter and seasoned them cooked until soft. Used chicken breast and cooked those on the stove with avocado oil, butter, sesame oil and some soy sauce!
