Anti-Aging Lemon and Apple Drink Recipe

Ingredients :

  • 4 juicy lemons
  • 2 apples  (green or red, according to your taste)
  • 100g cane sugar  (or less, depending on your preference)
  • 1.5 liters of fresh water
  • Some ice cubes
  • A few mint leaves  (optional)

Preparation :

  1. Wash the lemons thoroughly  and squeeze them to extract the juice.
  2. Cut the apples  into thin slices or small cubes , removing the seeds.
  3. In a large pitcher,  mix the lemon juice with the sugar  until dissolved.
  4. Add the water and apple pieces, then  stir gently .
  5. Let it sit in a cool place for at least 1 hour. Serve with ice cubes and a touch of mint if desired.
