Prepare the Ingredients
Peel and slice the banana.
If using fresh mango, peel it and remove the pit. Cut it into chunks.
Scoop out the flesh of the avocado.
Blend the Smoothie
Add the banana, mango, avocado, almond milk, and optional chia seeds or flaxseeds to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Adjust the Texture
If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk until you achieve your desired consistency.
For a colder smoothie, add a handful of ice cubes and blend again.
Sweeten If Needed
Taste the smoothie and add honey or maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter flavor. Blend again to mix.
