✔ 2–3 banana peels
✔ 1-liter plastic bottle (or glass jar)
✔ Water

Preparation:
1️⃣ Chop the banana peels into small pieces to release nutrients faster.

3️⃣ Add the banana peels to the bottle and shake well.
