- Wash lemons and ginger
- Slice lemons thinly
- Peel and chop ginger into small pieces
2. Boil the Base
- Bring 4–5 cups of water to a boil
3. Infuse the Flavor
- Turn off the heat
- Add lemon, ginger, turmeric, and optional pepper
4. Steep for Goodness
- Cover pot and let steep for 30 minutes
- This allows the nutrients and flavors to fully infuse
5. Strain & Sip
- Strain out solids
- Reheat gently if preferred (don’t boil again!)
- Stir in honey if you’d like some natural sweetness
