1. Brown the Beef

  1. Cook beef, onion, and garlic until no pink remains. Drain fat.

  2. Stir in Worcestershire and spices.

2. Mix the Potato Layer

  1. In a bowl, combine hash browns, soup, sour cream, and milk.

3. Assemble & Bake

  1. Layer in greased dish: beef → potato mix → cheese.

  2. Top with chips + butter.
