  • ½ cup (50g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup (180g) chocolate chips or chunks (semi-sweet or dark)

Optional Add-Ins:

  • ½ teaspoon espresso powder (enhances chocolate flavor)
