For the Cream Cheese Frosting:

8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened
2 cups (240g) powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon heavy cream (if needed for consistency)
