CREAMED CHICKEN & BISCUITS CASSEROLE

1. Make the Filling

  1. Melt butter, sauté onion, carrots, celery until soft (~5 mins).

  2. Stir in flour, cook 1 min.

  3. Whisk in broth and cream until smooth.

  4. Add chicken, thyme, garlic powder. Simmer 5 mins.

  5. Stir in peas, pour into greased casserole dish.

2. Add Biscuit Topping

  1. Cut each biscuit into 4 wedges.

  2. Arrange over filling.

  3. Brush with melted butter + garlic powder.

3. Bake to Golden Perfection

  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 mins until biscuits are golden.

  • Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
