🌶 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes or ½ teaspoon cayenne (optional, for heat)
🍛 1 ½ teaspoons curry powder
🥄 1 teaspoon ground cumin
🌿 ½ teaspoon turmeric
🥫 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas (drained & rinsed)
🍅 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes (or 2 fresh tomatoes, chopped)
🥥 1 can (14 oz) full-fat coconut milk
🥄 1 teaspoon maple syrup or coconut sugar (balances acidity, optional)
