Delicious Garlic and Cheese Chicken Wraps: A Quick and Tasty Dinner

1. Prepare the Chicken Filling
Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Stir in the shredded chicken, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is heated through and infused with the garlic and spices.
Remove from heat and set aside.
2. Assemble the Wraps
Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface.
Spread a thin layer of sour cream or garlic aioli on each tortilla, if using.
Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded cheese in the center of the tortilla.
Top with the garlic chicken mixture, followed by lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, and any optional additions like avocado or jalapeños.
3. Wrap and Heat
Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to create a wrap.
Heat a clean skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 1–2 minutes on each side, until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
4. Serve
Slice the wraps in half for easy serving.
Garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve warm.
