🧼 1 bar of castile soap (or natural laundry soap, grated)
💦 3 liters (12 cups) hot water
🥄 ½ cup washing soda (sodium carbonate) (not baking soda!)
🔹 Optional Add-Ins:
🌿 10 drops essential oil (lavender, lemon, or tea tree for fragrance & antibacterial power)
🛢 ½ cup white vinegar (for extra softness & odor removal)
Instructions
1. Melt the Soap 🫧
1️⃣ Grate the bar of soap using a cheese grater.
2️⃣ In a large pot, heat 3 liters (12 cups) of water until warm (not boiling).
3️⃣ Add the grated soap, stirring until fully melted.
2. Add Washing Soda
1️⃣ Remove the pot from heat and slowly stir in ½ cup washing soda.
2️⃣ Stir continuously until the mixture thickens slightly.
