Eggs in Mustard Sauce Recipe

Boil the Eggs

Place the eggs in a pot, cover with cold water, and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, reduce the heat and simmer for 8–10 minutes for hard-boiled eggs or 6 minutes for soft-boiled eggs.
Remove the eggs, place them in ice water to cool, then peel.
