  • 1/3 cup (80 ml) neutral oil (e.g., sunflower, vegetable, or melted coconut oil)
  • 3/4 cup (180 ml) plant-based milk (almond, soy, or oat)
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) strong brewed coffee (cooled)
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar or white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1/4 cup (40 g) chopped nuts or chocolate chips for texture

For the Coffee Glaze:

  • 1/2 cup (60 g) powdered sugar
  • 1–2 tablespoons strong brewed coffee (adjust for desired consistency)
