How To Make Garden Vegetable Spread:
- Chop Vegetables: Add the carrots, celery , and green onions to a food processor. Pulse a few times until the vegetables are in small, uniform bits, but be careful not to over-process them into a paste.
- Mix the Spread: In a medium-sized bowl, add the softened cream cheese , the pulsed vegetables, salt, garlic powder , and onion powder . Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Chill & Serve: Spoon the spread into an airtight container or a jar. Chill the spread in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to melt. Keep the spread refrigerated and use within 7-10 days .
