Garlic Chicken Stir Fry



1. Prepare Vegetables:
– Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
– Add the broccoli, sliced mushrooms, and yellow bell pepper to the skillet.
– Cook for 5-6 minutes until the vegetables begin to become tender. Remove the vegetables from the skillet, cover, and set aside.

– Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce has thickened and everything is well coated.
