โ 1 large piece of fresh ginger (about 2 inches), sliced or grated
โ 4 cups of water
โ Juice of 1 lemon (boosts detoxification & fat loss) ๐

๐ 1. Boil 4 cups of water.
๐ 2. Add sliced or grated ginger and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
๐ 3. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
๐ 4. Strain the ginger pieces and add fresh lemon juice and cinnamon (optional).
