1 large piece of fresh ginger (about 2 inches), sliced or grated
4 cups of water
Juice of 1 lemon (boosts detoxification & fat loss)
1 teaspoon honey (optional, for taste)
½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional, for extra metabolism boost)
Instructions:
1. Boil 4 cups of water.
2. Add sliced or grated ginger and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
4. Strain the ginger pieces and add fresh lemon juice and cinnamon (optional).
5. Drink warm or chilled!
For best results, drink 1 cup in the morning on an empty stomach and another before bed.
