- 1 package (12 oz) phyllo dough, thawed
- 4 large eggs

For the Orange Syrup:
- 1 Β½ cups water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 cinnamon stick (optional)
- Orange zest from 1 orange
