Instructions:
1. Prepare the crust:
• Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined.
• Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
• Chill the crust in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
2. Arrange the fruit layer:
• Evenly distribute the sliced bananas and strawberries over the chilled crust.
3. Make the strawberry mousse:
• In a bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
• Gently fold in the pureed strawberries and the dissolved gelatin until thoroughly combined.
• Pour the strawberry mousse mixture over the fruit layer in the crust, spreading it evenly.
4. Chill:
• Place the cheesecake in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 4 hours, or until the mousse is set.
5. Decorate:
• Before serving, top the cheesecake with whipped cream, additional slices of strawberries and bananas, and grated chocolate for an extra indulgent touch.
