Here’s When to Eat Your Fruit and Why

Grapes : A quick  source of energy , perfect for post-meal fatigue.
Peaches  : Light and easy to digest, they gently support the digestive system.
Mango  : Best before physical activity or for a fruity break  without excess .

Evening: fruits that soothe and help you fall asleep

Bananas  : Rich in  magnesium , they relax muscles and soothe the nervous system.
Kiwis : Their serotonin  content   helps promote sleep.
Cherries  : Naturally contain melatonin  , the sleep hormone.

And those to avoid in the evening (even if they are good)

Apples, citrus fruits, blueberries, and watermelon  can be  too acidic, too high in fiber  , or  too stimulating  for the body before bed. They are best reserved  for the morning or afternoon for better digestive comfort.

In summary: eat fruit, yes, but at the right time.

Your body will thank you. So, why not  rearrange your fruit basket according to the time of day  ?
