Beat for three minutes until smooth. Transfer the condensed milk to a container and let it cool.
Once cooled, place it in the fridge for a few hours so that it acquires the ideal consistency.
Bonus
tip When homemade condensed milk is in the fridge, it’s normal for a little foam to form on top. If you prefer, you can remove this foam with a spoon, but it’s not necessary.
It does not affect the taste or consistency of the condensed milk. And if you only want to make one can of condensed milk, simply cut the amounts in half!
