Homemade Whitening Paste Recipe with Carrot Tops

  1. Rinse the tops thoroughly and chop them coarsely.
  2. Mix them with a little water to obtain a smooth paste.
  3. You can add a pinch of baking soda for a stronger whitening effect ( use in moderation ).
  4. Brush your teeth with this paste for two minutes, like a regular toothpaste.
  5. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.

How often should I use this paste?

For visible results  without risk to enamel , use this paste 1 to 2 times a week. Baking soda, although very effective, can be abrasive if used too often. It is best to add it  cautiously .

And to prolong the benefits?

Remember to rinse your mouth after drinking coffee, tea or red wine, and munch on raw vegetables like  carrots or celery  : their crunch helps to eliminate residue naturally.
