While the drawer is soaking, use the toothbrush or a damp cloth dipped in the vinegar solution to clean inside the drawer slot in the machine.
Remove any visible mold, limescale, or detergent buildup.
Dry and Reassemble:
Wipe the drawer dry with a clean cloth.
Allow it to air dry completely before reinserting it into the washing machine.
If you cleaned the slot inside the machine, wipe that dry as well.
