Grease the baking dish with butter and sprinkle with flour. Shake off excess flour from the pan. Pour the dough into the mold and spread it over the surface.
Make a cut in the middle of the dough with a spatula. Bake the cake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
For fudge, mix condensed milk with lemon juice.
Pour fondant over the finished cake and leave to cool.
You can decorate the cupcake with lemon zest.
