Ingredients:
9 cups Chex cereal (rice or corn)
1 cup white chocolate chips
1/4 cup lemonade drink mix (like Kool-Aid)
1/4 cup unsweetened lemon juice
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup lemon-flavored candies (like Lemonheads or sour lemon drops) – optional for garnish
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Cereal
Place the 9 cups of Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl, ensuring you have enough space to mix without spilling.
Step 2: Melt the White Chocolate
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 cup white chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons butter.
Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate and butter are fully melted and smooth. Be careful not to overheat, as white chocolate can scorch easily.
Step 3: Add Lemon Flavo
