How To Make Low-Carb Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole:
- Preheat Oven & Brown Beef: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the ground beef with the minced garlic and onion powder until it is browned and crumbly, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard the grease.
- Assemble the Base: Spread the cooked beef evenly on the bottom of a 9×13-inch casserole pan. Stir in the cooked bacon pieces.
- Make the Egg Mixture: In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and ground black pepper until well combined. Stir in 8 ounces of the shredded Cheddar cheese.
- Bake: Pour the egg and cheese mixture over the beef and bacon in the casserole pan. Top with the remaining 4 ounces of cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
