- Toss in the vanilla, water, and butter and bring to a boil.
- While stirring continuously, add the flour and continue until it forms a ball and pulls away from the pot’s edge.
- Take off and let cool.
- Add the eggs one by one and beat until combined.
- Using a tablespoon, drop the mixture onto cookie sheets prepared with parchment paper.
- Cook for around 25 to 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
- Once cooled, set aside.
- Fill with Mom’s recipe after slicing in half.
- Apply a dusting of powdered sugar.
- For the filling, use a mixer to whisk the milk, pudding powder, and cream until it thickens to the consistency of whipped cream.
