Prepare the Garlic:
Peel and slightly crush 5 garlic cloves to release their natural oils.
Boil the Garlic:
Bring 1 liter of water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add the garlic cloves, reduce the heat, and let them simmer for 10–15 minutes. This helps extract the beneficial compounds from the garlic.
Cool and Strain:
Remove the saucepan from heat and allow the garlic water to cool. Strain the mixture into a clean container to remove the garlic solids.
Optional Addition:
If desired, add 1 teaspoon of liquid dish soap to the garlic water. This step helps the solution cling to plant leaves for improved effectiveness.
Transfer to a Spray Bottle:
Pour the cooled garlic water into a spray bottle for easy application.
Spray on Plants:
Lightly mist the affected plants, focusing on areas with pests or signs of fungal infections. Avoid saturating the soil or overspraying on delicate leaves.
