Natural recipe for whitening teeth with lemon

Ingredients needed:

• 1 teaspoon (about 5 g) of fluoride toothpaste
• A few drops of fresh lemon juice (about 1 ml)

Preparation and application:

1. In a small container, mix the toothpaste and lemon juice until you get a smooth paste.
2. Apply this paste with a soft toothbrush, without rubbing too vigorously.
3. Leave on for a maximum of 1 minute. This short period of time is enough to take effect without risking erosion.
4. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
