1 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream
½ cup (120ml) whole milk
¼ cup (50g) granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin (optional, for extra stability)
2 tablespoons cold water

For the Chocolate Ganache Topping:

½ cup (120ml) heavy cream
4 oz (115g) dark or milk chocolate, chopped
