1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
2. Evenly layer the dry cake mix over the bottom of the greased baking dish.
3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and milk until smooth. Add the creamy peanut butter and melted butter to the pudding mixture, stirring until well combined.
4. Pour the pudding mixture over the dry cake mix, spreading it evenly to cover completely.
5. Sprinkle the chocolate chips and chopped peanut butter cups evenly over the top.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are bubbly and the center is set.
7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with additional peanut butter cups before serving.
