Pecan Pie Bars – Buttery, Nutty & Irresistibly Delicious

  • 1 cup (226g) unsalted butter, softened
  • ½ cup (100g) granulated sugar
  • 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour

For the Pecan Filling:

  • ¾ cup (170g) unsalted butter
  • 1 cup (200g) brown sugar
  • ½ cup (120ml) honey or corn syrup
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups (340g) chopped pecans
  • ½ teaspoon salt
