Raspberry Dip


How to Make  Raspberry Dip:

  1. Combine the Base:  In a medium bowl, stir together the  2 cups of grated sharp cheddar cheese, 1 cup of mayonnaise, 1 cup of chopped pecans , and  1 cup of chopped green onion .
  2. Assemble the Dip:  Spread the cheese mixture in a 9×9-inch baking pan or 9-inch pie pan in an even layer. Spread the  2 cups of raspberry preserves  over the top of the cheese mixture in an even layer.
  3. Chill & Serve:  Chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least  1 hour  before serving to allow the flavors to melt. Season with  salt  and  pepper  to taste. Serve with  butter crackers  and enjoy!
