Southwest Corn Dip


Instructions:

  1. Drain Ingredients: Drain the liquid from both cans of Mexicorn and the can of Rotel.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the drained Mexicorn, Rotel, shredded cheddar cheese, and sliced green onions.
  3. Add Creamy Base: Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, and chopped cilantro to the bowl.
  4. Mix & Chill: Stir all the ingredients together until they are well combined. For the best flavor, cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Serve: Serve the dip chilled with your favorite tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetables.
