3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form the crust layer.
4. In another mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
6. Fold the whipped topping into the pudding mixture until well combined.
7. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crust in the baking dish.
8. Pour the pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer and spread evenly.
9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
10. Before serving, garnish with gummy worms if desired.
