Ingredients (for one cup):
- 1 Lipton Yellow Label tea bag
- 3 to 4 cloves
- 2 to 3 slices of fresh ginger or 1 teaspoon grated
- 1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
- 200 ml of water
Preparation :
- Boil the water with the ginger and cloves .
- Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes to release the aromas.
- Pour over the tea bag and let it steep for 2 to 3 minutes .
- Add honey if desired, and enjoy piping hot .
