In reality, the quality of our nights begins well before turning off the light. Choosing suitable bedding, maintaining a comfortable temperature in the bedroom ( ideally around 18°C ), avoiding screens in the evening… These are all small gestures which, added together,  considerably improve  our nights.

And remember: listening to your body, respecting its needs and adjusting your habits are the best gifts to give yourself for lighter awakenings and  more dynamic days .
