Ingredients for omelet No. 2:
- Eggs – 4 pcs.;
- Milk – 200 ml;
- Salt – a pinch;
- Butter – 20 g;
- Dill – a bunch.
Preparing omelet No. 2:
Beat eggs with salt in a separate bowl. Add milk to the beaten eggs and mix. Add butter to the mixture.
Heat water in a saucepan and place a bowl with the egg mixture on the bottom. Cook the omelette in a water bath for 15 minutes.
Place the resulting omelette on a flat plate. Chop the dill and sprinkle it over the top of the omelet.
