Water (enough to fill the bottle)
Instructions:
Cut the banana peels: Chop the banana peels into small pieces to help release their nutrients faster.
Fill the bottle: Place the chopped banana peels into the bottle.
Add water: Fill the bottle with water, leaving a little room at the top to shake it easily.
Let it sit: Seal the bottle and let it sit at room temperature for 3-5 days. Shake the bottle daily to enhance the infusion process.
Strain (optional): After the soaking period, strain the liquid if needed. The liquid is now ready to use, and the peels can be composted.
