1. Prepare the Dough:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces or cut pizza dough into 4-inch squares.
2. Assemble the Pizza Bombs:
Flatten each piece of dough slightly.
Place 1-2 slices of pepperoni and about 1 tablespoon of mozzarella cheese in the center of each piece.
Sprinkle with a pinch of Italian seasoning if desired.
Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch them together tightly to seal. Roll into a smooth ball.
3. Prepare the Topping:
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, and dried parsley.
Brush the top of each pizza bomb with the butter mixture.
4. Bake the Pizza Bombs:
Arrange the pizza bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
