- 4-5 whole cloves (or 1 teaspoon ground cloves)
- 1 cup water
- 1 cinnamon stick (optional for added flavor)

Boil the water:
Bring 1 cup of water to a boil in a small saucepan or kettle. -
Add the cloves and spices:
Once the water is boiling, add the whole cloves (and cinnamon stick, if using) to the water. Let the spices steep for about 5-10 minutes depending on how strong you like the flavor. -
Strain and serve:
After the tea has steeped, strain the liquid to remove the cloves and cinnamon. Add honey and a squeeze of lemon if desired. Stir well and enjoy your aromatic and health-boosting clove tea!
