Blend or Juice
Method A (Blender): Combine sliced cucumber, lemon juice, sugar (or sweetener), and 2 cups of water in a blender. Blend on high until smooth.
Method B (Juicer): Run cucumber through a juicer. Mix cucumber juice with lemon juice, sugar, and water in a pitcher.
Strain (Optional)
If you prefer a smoother texture, pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a pitcher, pressing gently to extract the juice. This step removes any pulp or cucumber fibers.
If you don’t mind pulp, you can skip this step.
Adjust and Dilute
Stir in the remaining 2 cups of cold water (or more, depending on your taste).
Taste and adjust sweetness or lemon juice as desired. Add a pinch of salt if you want a slight flavor boost.
Chill and Serve
Refrigerate until cold.
Serve over ice in tall glasses.
