1 lb (500g) store-bought or homemade gnocchi
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups (300g) cherry tomatoes, halved
½ tsp red chili flakes (optional, for a kick)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning
1 handful fresh basil leaves, chopped
¼ cup (25g) grated Parmesan cheese or vegan Parmesan (optional)
