For the Ginger Beer:
- 1 liter water (filtered)
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
- ½ cup sugar
- Juice of 1 lemon
- ½ cup ginger bug starter
- Optional Flavor Add-Ins: Mint leaves, lime zest, or a pinch of cinnamon
